LOTUS NOTES 6 USER ESSENTIALS Course

Course Code: LN 25
Course Abstract: This course teaches how to be immediately productive in Lotus Notes® 6. During this course participants send and reply to electronic mail using Notes. Once the basics of mail are mastered, participants will learn all the options available when sending mail. Because mail is a key business application, participants will learn how to organize mail into folders and to archive important messages. The Calendar and how to schedule a meeting and send invitations to other people is also taught. In addition to learning about Notes Mail, participants will learn the most commonly used features; the Address Book, creating a personal Journal, and participating in a shared discussion on a Lotus Domino™ Server.
