Situational Leadership Workshop Course

Course Code: MQ 201
Course Abstract:

This course defines situational leadership and differentiates it from other leadership models. As a participant, you will learn the four leadership styles and four stages of the development continuum.

Based on Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership Model, this workshop helps participants bring the model to life. Exercises and role-play scenarios help you learn model tenants and apply them real-time. You experience your tendencies and get to witness others’ tendencies in similar situations. Discussion sessions and constructive feedback provide insight on what works and what does not.

This two-day workshop provides new insight for establishing the true situation and determining the appropriate leadership activity. You will be energized to apply your new skills at work and discover the same results achieved during the workshop.
