Site Administration for Quality Center 9.x Workshop Series Course

Course Abstract:

This workshop offering covers the topics required to install and configure a Quality Center (QC) server, as
well as the functionality required to maintain an existing QC server. This workshop is geared toward new
QC Site Administrators, but can also be used as a refresher for Site Administrators upgrading from either
Test Director or older versions of QC. In this workshop, the participants will learn about the Site
Administrator functionality of QC. Each topic is supported by hands-on exercises that are based on real-life
examples designed to provide the participant with the knowledge necessary to plan for a QC installation and
maintain an ongoing QC server.

The goal of the workshop is to enable participants to understand both the role of a QC Site Administrator,
and to become familiar with the many QC configuration options that are available. Correct configuration of
the Quality Center server will ensure that QC performs as expected and supports the overall QC site
initiative.

Audience: This course is designed for the QC Rollout Planning Team, the QC Site Administrator, and QC Project Managers.
