Get started with P6 with hands-on, basic training. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling using P6. This three-day course leads participants through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instruction use three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource, and costs.
NOTE: This course is taught across all Primavera Project and Portfolio Management applications. Construction data is used to illustrate functionality in this course.
