Course Abstract:

This three-day course provides hands-on Primavera training for Primavera's Web-based solution.  Participants will create a project, create activities and relationships, customize activity views, assign resources, adjust the project plan to account for schedule delays and over-allocated resources, and analyze portfolios.  Participants also will customize dashboards.  Hands-on workshops help participants create and track an entire project to completion.
