Course Abstract:

Life is really a series of presentations, whether you're making the business case to get the charter approved, building team commitment, or negotiating with key stakeholders.  This workshop is ideal for executives, managers and leaders that want to improve their presentation skills; project managers that interact with teams, key stakeholders, sponsors and business owners; team leads that are responsible for major pieces of the project and anyone that finds themselves in the "front of the room". Video-taping is done before and after so progress can be easily measured.
