Manufacturing Leadership - Supervision Course

Course Abstract: This course begins by identifying the roles of a supervisor. Participants then identify their individual leadership styles, and examine blockers that could hinder their leadership ability. As the day progresses, participants explore three styles of management and review a basic theory of human behavior as it relates to leadership. Participants then learn a model of interaction that enhances a collegial relationship with their associates. Issues such as effective delegation and building trust are fully explored.
Audience: This course is designed for anyone in a manufacturing environment.

>Identify his or her personal leadership style
