Participants learn techniques for developing and managing realistic project schedules and budgets. They learn to proactively identify and deal with schedule and cost variances to ensure successful project delivery.
This course is designed for individuals who are responsible for managing project teams or interested in becoming project leaders. Also appropriate for those that sponsor project teams or work closely with project teams.
