Course Abstract:

The “Instructor Development Workshop” is designed to help technical experts who function as instructors to increase their knowledge of the Instructional Process and improve their skill in affecting it. 

During this four-day workshop, participants enhance their competency in presenting and evaluating instruction so they can do their jobs more effectively.  Videotaping and videotape debriefing plays a key role in the success of this workshop.
 
Each participant is responsible for developing and delivering a training module. Presentations are videotaped. Instructor and other participants follow strict guidelines for providing feedback.

Participants gain understanding of and appreciation for the training process as applied to adult learning situations. Participants develop skills that are transferable to other work and life circumstances.

Audience: This course is designed for anyone who is responsible for providing training presentations.
Duration: 4 days
