Course Abstract: The “Instructor Development Workshop” is designed to help technical experts who function as instructors to increase their knowledge of the Instructional Process and improve their skill in affecting it. During the four-day workshop, participants enhance their competency in presenting and evaluating instruction so they can do their jobs more effectively. Videotaping and video tape debriefing plays a key role in the success of this workshop.
