Course Abstract:

Instituting change is a complex process that involves numerous issues.  This course addresses the fact that change is an ongoing process involving real psychological issues, as well as how to manage this process.  Leaders gain an understanding of the salient emotional issues during times of change, their own reactions to change, and how to effectively deal with their associates’ reactions to change.

This course is designed for anyone.

Learning Outcomes:

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

> Describe the process of change
> Identify changes taking place in the organization, and their reactions to them
> Learn how to effectively manage the change process
> Recognize and manage their own reactions to change
> Recognize the psychological issues associated with change
> Master techniques to help their associates deal with the negative reactions to change
