The ITIL® v3 Foundation Bridge Course is the key foundations course enabling all ITIL® v2 certified candidates to establish credits for all v2 work against the ITIL® v3 certification scheme. This one day course covers the new concepts within ITIL® v3 and fully integrates the benefits of the lifecycle approach and also covers the differences between v2 and v3 and allows the participant to take an exam to demonstrate their understanding of the ITIL® v3 approach. This course is not required for anyone who has already taken the v3 Foundation Course.
This course is for anyone who has the ITIL® v2 Foundations Certificate.
This course prepares the participant for the optional ITIL® v3 Bridge Exam and ITIL® v3 Foundation Certification.
