Execution Techniques for Project Managers Course

Course Code: MQ 504
Course Abstract: This workshop is dedicated to best practices in project execution and controlling processes.  Project concepts and terminologies lay the groundwork for stakeholder identification and product scope definition so that high level deliverables and stakeholders can be determined.  An expectations management system begins with scope, schedule and cost baselines.  Deliverables and roles converge into a role and responsibility matrix.  A communications management plan is designed and participants practice presenting a ‘get to the point’ status to various audiences.  Integration management best practices are used to address change request.   Participants assess impacts and develop options for presentation to the sponsor.  Finally, the change request is approved and implementation steps are developed.

Testimonials

Excellent training that covered current Cisco IOS and routing and switching technologies. We also covered how to subnet, supernet, and use CIDR which was invaluable to putting our design into place. The instructor did an excellent job in teaching the CCNA class. I have been struggling to understand subnetting and networking. This class brought it all together for me.
