This course focuses on how conflict is a normal byproduct of relationships. By looking at conflict as natural, we help people move past the win-lose aspect of conflicts.
Participants identify their conflict resolution style and learn the strengths and weaknesses of each style. They examine the typical blockers that hinder the resolution process. Participants also learn three critical skills to aid them in managing conflict. Additionally, a five-step collaborative process is introduced.
