Course Abstract:

The creation of teams to accomplish tasks and affect desired change has become a key strategy in most organizations. The role of a team leader becomes an integral factor in insuring a highly effective team. 

This course provides a framework and a five-stage structure that supports a leader’s ability to guide a successful team. Participants will also learn specific skills associated with each stage.

Audience: This course is designed for individuals who are team leaders, supervisors, managers, or executives.
