Course Abstract: In a highly stressful work environment, workers tend to become frustrated. This frustration often leads to rage, hostility, and outbursts of anger. This four-hour course is designed to help participants understand and manage their anger.
Audience:

This course is designed for anyone.

Duration: 5 hours
Learning Outcomes:

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

> Learn the difference between aggression, assertiveness, rage and hostility
> Discover the various signs of anger
> Identify their anger quotient
> Describe the anatomy of anger
> Recognize the three components of anger
> Learn a technique that helps them “logic” their way through angry moments
> Learn several practical techniques to manage anger
