Course Abstract: Gain recognition of the composition and functions of the SAP Solution Manager * Use the tools provided to successfully and efficiently implement your SAP solution.
Audience: This course is designed for individuals who are Managers, Project Managers, Project Team Leaders, and Project Team Members responsible for managing, documenting, and implementing SAP solutions.

Learning Outcomes:

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

> Explain how the different implementation roadmaps are used to facilitate each successive phase of the SAP implementation
> Provide an understanding of the Solution Manager Implementation toolset
> Navigate through the Solution Manager roadmap to follow the methodology through each successive phase of an implementation project form Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go Live & Support
> Give an overview of the key concepts and components of the SAP Solution Manager * Use of roadmaps in the context of “Implementation”; Purpose, key activities and deliverables for each phase of the roadmap
> Define a project and document the system landscape for a SAP solution
> Define, configure, and document project scope and the corresponding business requirements
> Complete all configuration and documentation activities using the SAP Solution Manager as a central platform to all component systems
> Use of advanced customizing tools like BC Sets, Customizing Distribution, and Consistency Checks
> Organize, execute, and document all project-related testing requirements through integrated use of the SAP Solution Manager and the SAP Test Workbench
> Use of the problem message handling functions
> Use of standard reports to support project management activities
> Learn how SAP Solution Manager supports effective on-going management of the productive environment

On the last day of the class a C_SMI310_06 _CER certification examination will be conducted.
