Course Abstract: This course is designed specifically for project team members.  The goal of this course is to provide project team members with an understanding in-depth understanding of SAP’s CRM component.  Project team members should walk away from this class with a solid understanding of the functions within the CRM component including Sales, Marketing, the Interactive Center, and Product Masters.
Audience: This course is designed for individuals who are Project Team Members.
