Desktop Intelligence XI R2 Basic Reporting Course

Course Abstract:

This class is a combination of instructor-led lecture, discussions, and demonstrations with a heavy emphasis on hands-on workshops to teach Desktop Intelligence XI R2 basic reporting concepts. Topics to be covered include data warehousing concepts, Desktop Intelligence data sources and providers, creating reports and charts, building queries, formatting techniques, using the Slice and Dice panel, sorting and filtering, creating drill-down reports, using new Find functionality, creating and applying alerters.

Audience:

This class is designed for both technical and non-technical business analysts working in a business environment who require access to information contained in a data warehouse to generate a variety of reports and graphs utilizing the Desktop Intelligence Basic Reporting tools.
