This course cover a Technical Introduction to the following NEW SQL Features of DB2 UDB for z/OS Version Nine, including the following - pureXML, New Data Types (bigger BINARY, VARBINARY, BIGINT, DECFLOAT), INSTEAD OF triggers, INTERSECT and EXCEPT, TRUNCATE Statement, MERGE Statement, Native SQL Stored Procedures, Optimistic Concurrency Control, Automatic Object Creation, Skip Locked Data, REOPT (AUTO)
