Course Abstract: This course provides the knowledge of using DB2 UDB SQL interactively to manipulate DB2 data from an Open Systems, (Unix, AIX, etc.), or mainframe environment. It also includes programming SQL in the Java programming language for Open Systems.
Audience: This course is designed for programmers, analysts and designers that use or will be using Java.
Duration: 5 days

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

> Recognize Referential Integrity Rules
> Design and Code DB2/SQL Applications for Performance with Index and Locking Considerations
