Course Abstract: This course is designed specifically for project team members.  The goal of this course is to provide project team members with an understanding of the customer service module of SAP including – functionality, terminology, overall flow, process, master data, documents, and integration.  The intent is to prepare the project team for additional levels of training and for project activities.  Project team members should walk away from this class with a solid understanding of the Customer Service module of SAP and should feel comfortable discussing CS functionality.
Audience: This course is designed for individuals who are project team members.
