Course Abstract:	In the ColdFusion 8: Level 2 course, participants will build dynamic, database-driven websites.
Audience:	The target participants for this course are those who have added dynamic features to their website using ColdFusion 8.0 and who want to connect their website to a database. They are those who will be developing their own solutions rather than using off-the-shelf components, those who might be familiar with another programming language, or those who have used UltraDev to develop their ColdFusion solutions. It is likely that their primary job responsibility is creating web pages.

Learning Outcomes:	Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to: > Build a web page that retrieves information from a database > Create a data drill-down application in which web pages retrieve detailed records based on user selections on web pages that list summary record information > Create an application that displays subsets of records selected from a database and enables the user to view other subsets on demand > Add features to a database-driven web site that enables users to search the database for records and have the results displayed on a web page > Create functions and custom tags > Create reports, charts, and forms
