This interactive workshop was designed for Administrators who need to deploy and manage Business Objects Enterprise XI R2 or Crystal Server XI R2.  Some of the topics covered include an overview of the system architecture, how to use the InfoView and how to manage users and security. The course incorporates a number of hands on exercises to reinforce the learning process.
