As the 2008 Olympics quickly approach, I have to pause to think of how proud I am of Brett Newlin for making the 2008 US Rowing team! Back in the days of teaching high school, Brett was my very first student to pass the CCNA exam. If I remember correctly, he outscored me on the exam! And… at 6’9” tall he is still head and shoulders above the rest! Brett is an incredible person with a great sense of humor who is dedicated himself to a goal! We are all proud of his accomplishments and wish him the best of luck! May he bring home some gold!
