Our model for managing training administration can be tailored to each client's requirements. But as part of our Training Project Management offering, we typically place a Training Administrator (TA) on-site at our clients' locations. Our TA reports to the Education Services Delivery Executive at TEKsystems as well as the client's Program Manager.

Supported by the IT Training and Education Services Education Services Delivery Team,the TA manages the process of assigning instructor resources, securing classrooms, managing class configuration, identifying and presenting public training options, managing client reports, and managing administrative tasks.

Ultimately, our clients secure an entire Training Management team for the cost of a single Training Administrator.

A Project Management Office (PMO) is implemented through three main steps over (approximately) 6 weeks:

1. Creation of Requirements Definition/TA Hire



2. Formation of Process Definition and Training Modules



3. Implementation and Kickoff of Training PMO

And the last stage is Monitor and Evaluation, which becomes an ongoing effort at continuous process improvement. Through this process, TEKsystems is able to continually improve the quality of delivery and management of the training function within your organization.
