Gifted Technical Instructors Wanted

In order to assist our clients in meeting their IT education needs in diverse technical niches, and constantly emerging technologies, we have formed training partnerships and alliances with companies and individuals that are recognized experts in their specific fields.

TEKsystems has established incredible talent pool of proven instructors that we rely on to deliver our world class instructor-led training, and we are always looking for gifted instructors in emerging technologies. We offer our instructors flexible work schedules and attractive pay.

Candidates should have:

• A degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
  Candidates without a degree will be considered based on work experience



• Corporate or academic teaching experience
  Prior corporate training experience is very helpful



• Previous training evaluations indicating at least 4.4 - 5.0 or equivalent



• Five years experience using the technology platform(s) for which they will be instructing



• Experience in development of multiple technologies, platforms, and environments along with project management



• Strong references from IT projects, training engagements, and personal references (at least three for each)

Overall, we require that our technical instructors be subject matter experts committed to quality. You must be able to adapt to the classroom environment and have the ability to defuse student problems and frustrating classroom technical challenges. Most importantly, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We are currently looking for instructors that have significant experience teaching Rational Rose, JAVA, WebSphere, DB2, LINUX, WebLogic, XML, AJAX and PM.
