IT Training Instructor Candidates should have:

A degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
Candidates without a degree will be considered based on work experience

Corporate teaching experience
Prior corporate training experience is very helpful

Previous training evaluations indicating at least 4.4 - 5.0 (out of a 5.0
scale) or equivalent

Ten years experience using the technology platform(s) for which they will be
instructing

Five years teaching experience on the technology which they will be instructing

Ongoing practitioner experience
-
Experience in development of multiple technologies, platforms, and environments
along with project management

Strong references and student evaluations from training engagements
We require that our IT trainers be subject matter experts and practicing
technologists committed to quality knowledge transfer. IT trainers must have
extensive experience in the classroom environment and have the ability to
address real-world student questions and challenges. Most importantly, our
trainers must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We are currently looking for IT trainers that have significant experience
teaching Cisco, JAVA, WebSphere, DB2, WebLogic, XML, AJAX and Sharepoint.
