Melissa Wren Bio
Melissa is the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Program Manager at TEKsystems, where she manages and provides ITIL® related services to internal and external customers. Melissa provides ITIL® consultancy, training and support to clients in addition to creating ITIL® courseware. She enables major cost reduction of IT services by providing ITIL® training and consultancy at client sites and at regional training locations. She also creates and delivers custom training solutions to address the specific needs of the client's organization. Melissa has over 12 years experience in the Information Technology industry. Eight of those years have been spent working with ITIL®. Prior to working for TEKsystems, Melissa worked for a global management consulting firm where she provided ITIL® Foundations, Practitioners and Service Managers courses and ITIL® related consulting to customers in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Korea, India, Netherlands and Sweden. These global customers are in a variety of industries: automotive, banking, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), chemicals, education, energy, gaming, hydraulics, insurance, IT solutions/service/consulting, microchips, manufacturing, medical equipment, newspapers, pharmaceutical, retail, software, telecommunications, trade & distribution and the United States Military.
