A: Generally T&E is additional to the cost of the training.
Q: Do you provide the software for your courses?
A: No, the client is expected to provide the software needed for technical courses.

A: We do not have a public class schedule; however, we have dedicated classroom facilities in Denver, CO and Raleigh, NC, which can be utilized for training (ask your business development manager for more details). In general, our training takes place on site at the client location. Get more information and details about our classroom facilities by contacting one of our business development managers.
Q: I can't find the training I need on your website?
A: Please fill out the Information Request form, and we will work on your request. We are constantly adding new courses, so don't hesitate to ask if you can't find what you are looking for.
Q: Will you provide references?
A: Absolutely! References are available upon request.

Excellent training that covered current Cisco IOS and routing and switching technologies. We also covered how to subnet, supernet, and use CIDR which was invaluable to putting our design into place. The instructor did an excellent job in teaching the CCNA class. I have been struggling to understand subnetting and networking. This class brought it all together for me.
