In February of 2007, TEKsystems acquired the Commercial Services Business of Computer Horizons Corporation (CHC) and merged those resources and personnel with our Component Services Division. Combining CHC's Education Division to our own TEKsystems Training Services led to the reformation of both divisions into TEKsystems Education Services.

As part of their Commercial Services Business, Computer Horizons Education Division (CHED) built an impressive reputation and loyal clientele for providing customized, learner-centric training to Fortune 500 clients, predominantly in the Financial, Insurance, IT, and Healthcare industries.

We are extremely pleased to add CHED's outstanding resources and capabilities to our training offering, and have left CHED's infrastructure, personnel, and training capabilities entirely intact in order to maintain continuity and quality of service. This includes:

• Maintaining CHED's delivery team education headquarters in Southfield, MI
• Maintaining the modular and customize-able, and learner-centric nature of CHED training
• Maintaining the instructor pool and instructor standards
• Welcoming CHED personnel onto the team

Previously, TEKsystems Training Services offered over 200 courses in IT Infrastructure and communications, with extensive Cisco, CompTIA, and Microsoft curriculums. TEKsystems Training Services is especially known for Networking Technologies, large scale Training Deployment, and Instructional Design Services.

To this already extensive catalog we added CHED's over 1,200 courses, and because CHED's strengths in Application Development, Business Intelligence, and Business Processes and Professional Development nicely complements TEKsystems' course catalog, we are now truly offering one of the most comprehensive catalogs of instructor-led training in the industry.
